Since 2010, we’ve helped hundreds of young people earn their diplomas, gain life skills, and build brighter futures. Through education, mentoring, and workforce training, we remove barriers and open doors for youth across Newark and Essex County.
We work hand in hand with families, schools, and local partners to ensure every student has the support they need to learn, grow, and lead — for life.
